Savor the festive flavour of a mince pie in this delicious cocktail.



  • 25ml cognac
  • 25ml gold rum
  • 50ml ruby port
  • 2 tsp mincemeat
  • 2 wedges Clementine, squeezed


To garnish

  • lemon zest


Preparation method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake hard.
  2. Strain the drink into a martini glass using a fine strainer. Garnish with lemon zest and serve
